Operation
Preparation before incubating 1.Check the incubator device inside and outside whether it is in good condition or not, including observe the fan rotation and egg turnning equipment or other components 2.Clean and sterilize incubator, then suffumigate it with potassium permanganate and formalin. 3.Adjust the temperature and feed water to the tank to have a trial of 12-24 hours, If the machine works normally in proper temprature and humidity, which proves that it can be put into running. The process of hatching 1.Choose and store fresh egg within 5 days(7 days at most) as feeding eggs. To the egg stored for more than 5 days, there is 4% less hatching rate and 30 minutes prolonged incubation period for one more day storage. 2.The proper temperature for feeding egg storage is suggested about 12-16 3.The smaller side would better to be put upside during the period of feeding egg storage. Notes for off-tray period 1.Off-tray, which indicates to the process of removing from egg tray bracket to brood tray. Usually the chick embryo removes off the tray at the days of 18-19. During the period of off-tray, please place gently and lay them to a single layer. 2.Please note that there will be 3 days earlier than other poultry incubation period when removing chick embryo to brood tray.
Safety Notice
1.Don’t put any goods on the wire, the power line of incubator must be placed where won’t be stepped on or make people trip and fall.
2.Avoid the socket and extension line in use from overloading in case fire and electric shock dangerous.

unexpected safety accidents.
8.Please don’t block the air-bleed hole when the incubator is working.
