The end of the bar should be out of the potato in about 2cm. ②The bamboo bar through the potato with one end in 2cm and the other end out of the photo insert into the machine's hole. ③Plug in the machine to the power. ④Press the "ON/OFF" button,the machine will light up and keep stand-by for operation. ⑤Put the longer part of the bar goes through the hole of the blade support and then let the shortor part of the bar into the potato holder. The force the potato to be inserted by the 4 pins of the holder. ⑥Press the button to the right, the machine will start to cut the potato and stop cutting  with the potato holder in its lower position. ⑦Take the cut potato out by hand,then pressing the button to the left, the holder will go back off to its upper position and finishing a whole chip-twist cutting cycle. ⑧Press the button "ON/OFF" to turn off  the machine if many malfunvtion occurs in this cutting circle.
