- Key Feature -

It's PMSM (Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor) controller, this product adopts Field Oriented Control (FOC), the power drive stage adopts SVPWM modulation, and provides three-phase vector control sine wave current to the motor Output; the internal use of a new ARM core, 32-bit microprocessor as the main control chip, the system shows excellent computing power and task processing capabilities, can simultaneously deal with high real-time requirements such as torque loop, excitation loop, speed loop, etc. The task; this kind of control method can realize the maximum torque control, constant power control, speed closed-loop control, and braking energy feedback control of the motor. Compared with the traditional DC motor (BLDC) controller, it has the following obvious advantages:

1).Smooth start, good acceleration performance, acceleration in the middle and high speed section.
2).Vector control type sine wave current output, motor output torque is smooth, and fully restrained Low-frequency noise caused by fluctuations.
3).Provide upper computer software, up to hundreds of parameters can be set through the upper computer.
4).The running status can be monitored in real time.
