Parameter

Product thickness:
According to many years of production experience, the stock is the conventional thickness of each width. Width: 0.05-0.08mm below 60mm, 0.08mm for 62-95, 0.1mm for 100-120, and 0.15mm above 150.

Diameter calculation:
Flattening width X 2 ÷ 3.14=diameter! For example, the diameter of a heat-shrinkable film with a width of 90mm when flattened = 90 (width) X 2÷3.14=57mm (diameter)! (Note that you need to take a larger casing to fit in)

Width calculation
For example, the outer diameter of your product is 56mm X 3.14 ÷ 2=87.9, so you can put it in with a 90mm wide tube (note that you have to take a larger sleeve to put it in)

Rectangular calculation
For example, your product is 30 wide * 38 high (thick) * 100 long! (Pay attention to calculate the maximum value) To set it vertically, that is 30+38=68mm width, then you can set it with our 70mm width (flattened width, folded warp)! (Note that you need to take a larger casing to fit in)

Calculate the perimeter
The sum of length + width X 2 = perimeter! Circumference ÷ 2 = flattening width (note that you have to take a larger casing to fit in)
