Having external power supply is really inconvenient and beats the purpose of using "wireless hdmi" -in the package there are two very short usb cables ( and it's not even type-c ) that you need to plug into somewhere to stick out of both your TX machine and from your RX TV for example.... Therefore one need to use this would be close to None.
