Product Features

K-0680 (Universal / high-strength retaining compound cylindrical) is a one-component, high strength, general purpose, anaerobic cylinder bore viscosity / shaft fitting retaining compound. The cylindrical retaining compound cured and air separation between two close fitting metal.

Typical use

The cylindrical retaining compound for radial clearance gap ≤0.25mm fit or transition fit, best fit clearance 0.05 ~ 0.10mm. Can replace press fit, anti-corrosion. Typical uses: slightly worn bearings, bushings and other assembly, holding pulleys, bushings, gears, rotors, repair the hole - and shaft fitting-tolerance parts.

Instructions for use

1. The surface to be coated should be clean, dry and free of grease.

2. For slide fitting is just around the shaft and sleeve lead angle circle painted plastic, turning left and right during assembly to ensure good coverage can be.

3. For press fitted, the bonding surfaces of the two quilts are required to glue painted and assembled at high press.

4. For shrink fitting, the glue should be applied to the shaft, then heating the sleeve assembly to generate enough free space.

5. Parts should not previously reached sufficient strength not to tamper with.

Caution

The cylindrical retaining compound should not be used on plastic parts; in order to avoid contamination of the original glue, do not have poured the glue back to the original packaging.
