Can't zero the reticle(dot) // Can't adjust the reticle(dot) to middle place.

A2:

it just for micro adjustment, you can't see it clearly because it almost in the middle location when the item was made in factory. people always needn't to adjust it.

If you want to adjust it, please mount the scope firmly on the gun then start to adjust (avoid shaking), don't adjust “side to side” button to the end

disposable. The “up and down” button and “side to side” button need to be cooperated to adjust, that means you need to adjust two buttons alternately to find a good location

Q3:

The Dot is not round enough, like clound.

A3:

There is a brightness adjustment to turn the dot weaken,then the dot will trun smaller and rounder.

Can't fit 11MM /20MM rail

At the buttom of the rail can be switched from 11MM to 20MM.
