1.Shipment will be arranged within 7-10 days after receiving the payment. Please leave correct telephone number and correct address when filling your buyer information.

2.We usually use Express (DHL, UPS) to carry the package after the costumes are done,which takes only 3-7 working days to deliver; or use EMS which takes about 15 days usually; or use Aramex which takes about 10 days.

If via free shipping, we use Air mail, PostNL, DHL Global Mail, Alexpress Standard Shipping which takes about 15-60/15-35/15-25/15-35 working days to deliver.

3. If due to the buyer reasons such as "refuse to sign for the package" or "refuse to pay the tax" or "buyer country post reason" and so on, the buyer has to undertake the loss. Once the goods leave China,  then the buyer will be in charge of  the responsibility.
