(Dioxygen milk needs to be purchased by yourself) 4.Put on gloves, squeeze out a proper amount of hair cream, hair Dye is used in conjunction with 1:1 hydrogen peroxide and apply it evenly to the hair  5.Apply premix with brush on hair section by section. 6.Leave premix on hair for 40-60 minutes. 7.Rinse hair thoroughly.
