PRODUCTION INTRODUCTION

Generally speaking, after the laser beam passes through the focusing lens system in the marking system, the off-axis deflection will occur. In the ideal plane, the abnormal image or distortion will appear on the marking surface. Flat field focusing mirror, also known as field mirror and f-theta focusing mirror, is a specialized lens system. The purpose is to

form a uniform size focusing spot of laser beam in the whole marking plane. It is one of the most important parts of the 

laser marking machine. The field mirror can be divided into f-theta lens and far center lens. Due to the high cost and high cost of telecentric lenses, F-theta lenses are used in industrial laser marking machines. In the absence of deformation, the location of the focus depends on the focal length of the lens and the tangent of the deflection angle. The position of the focus focus only depends on the focal length and the deflection angle, thus simplifying the calculation method of the focus location.

Using field lens, the main technical parameters considered are working wavelength, incident pupil, scanning range and focus spot diameter.

Working wavelength: mainly depends on the wavelength of the laser, and the field mirror is coated at the given laser wavelength. If the field lens is not used in a given wavelength range, the field lens will be burned by the laser.

Incident pupil: if a single mirror is used and the reflector is placed in the pupil of the incident pupil, the maximum diameter of the beam can be equal to the diameter of the incident pupil.

Scanning range: the larger the scope of field scanning, the more popular the users will be. However, if the scanning range is increased, the focus will be larger and the distortion will also increase. In addition, the scanning scope should be enlarged, and the focal length and working distance of the field mirror should also be increased. The lengthening of the working distance will inevitably lead to the loss of laser energy. In addition, the focal spot diameter is proportional to the focal length, which means that the scanning range is increased, the focal spot diameter increases, the spot is not fine enough, the laser power density decreases very quickly (the power density and the spot diameter of the 2 Fang Cheng inverse ratio), which is not conducive to processing. Therefore, users should choose the most suitable field lens according to the different processing area, or reserve several field lenses with different scanning ranges.

Focusing spot diameter: for the scanning system of incident laser beam diameter D, focal length of field mirror F and beam quality factor Q, the focal spot diameter is d = 13.5QF/D (mm). Therefore, a smaller focus spot can be obtained by using a beam expander.
