Warranty

· Customers should inspect item(s) and notify us within 30 days of any problems.

· If you have a problem with your item, please contact us before leaving feedback. All items being  returned must be issued an RMA number BEFORE they are returned.

· Return shipping is to be paid by the Buyer.

· 12 months Warranty from the date of purchase covering manufacturing defects. This warranty   excludes any damage caused by the user.

Safety Notice

1.Don’t put any goods on the wire, the power line of incubator must be placed where won’t be stepped on or make people trip and fall.

2.Avoid the socket and extension line in use from overloading in case fire and electric shock  dangerous.

3.Please cut off the power supply and pull down the power line when the machine is sending an abnormal smell or unusual noise.

4.Please don’t put the incubator outside when raining or under strong sunshine.

5.Please be sure that the power supply is switched off before cleaning the machine.

6.Please don’t let the incubator exposed to the place where full of fast air movement or noxious chemical air.

7.Please don’t touch the power line or the socket when the machine is in work in case of electric shock or other unexpected safety accidents.

8.Please don’t block the air-bleed hole when the incubator is working.

Shipping

· Delivery time is as following:

It may take longer to other countries or remote areas. 

· If you have not received your shipment within 30 days from payment, please contact us. We will track the shipment and get back to you as soon as possible with a reply. Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. 

· We ship items to your Escrow confirmed address only. Please make sure your address in Escrow is matched with your shipping address before you pay. 

· We are unable to take any responsibility for wrong address, any custom delay or tax. Transit time is highly depended and provided by Postal Service. 

· All items will be dispatched within 3 business day after receipt of payment. Please notice that orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day. 

Payment Term

Return or Refund

1. If the item is defective, please contact us within 7 days. Do not open dispute without any communication.

2. High requirements on the color or other feature buyers please know. The images may not show the actual item and are for your reference only. All the goods' size is manual measurement, so there is 1-50px error sometimes.

3. If you are not satisfied when you receive your item, please contact us timely and return it within 15 days for a replacement or money back.

4. All returned items MUST BE in the original packaging and you MUST PROVIDE us with the shipping tracking number, specific reason for the return, and your order ID.

5. Return shipping cost is paid by the buyer (Except the defective item).
