Q: Why download report and user information all fine, but download fingerprint will face issue?

A: Fingerprint template in database are broken, need to initialize the database to download the fingerprint.

Q: When punch card on access control device, the access buzzer will not ring, the indicator light is not on,  others work fine?

A: 1. The wiring way is wrong between device and access controller
