Q: What's the different of these two kind of chip.
A:   Different status onInk level    Printer recognize ink cartridge empty and show Grey ink level  with no ink level chip.    However, with show ink level chip, printer recognize ink cartridge full of ink.

Q: The ink level can be reseted if I choose show ink level chip? or If there is auto reset chip (ARC) available for this model ?
A:  You will see full ink level with our show ink level chip. Of course ink level will fall down along with printing jobs.After ink level fall down till empty, show ink level chip will become a no ink level chip.  No device or program can reset chip ink level in end user marketing .
Till now, we never heard any manufacturer provide auto reset chip for this model chip.

Q: What's your chip name ?  Why there are different calling for this chip such as : Permanent chip  / Auto reset chip / One time chip?
A:   Firstly,   we need to learn another words: Printer firmware.Work on different firmware printer , the chip with different name.   
      As we know ink cartridge can be continue recognized ( working ) even if ink level empty (ink level become Grey) in the previous firmware printers. Due to this reason, we can refill ink to Refillable ink cartridge / CIS system recycle without change a new chip.    That's why someone can call itpermanent chip.  but it not the real "auto reset chip".

However, during recently chip verification process test, we found that OEM company () already release a new firmware for 932 / 933 series. With this update firmware, the not show ink level chip (Grey ink level chip) cannot be recognized by printer any more.  Only show ink level chip work on these printers asone time chip. 

So far, New printer model that have new firmware which lead to not show ink level product can't be recognized, and we assume OEM company will use this firmware to block all of the not show ink level product.

Q:  How should I choose the correct version chip for my printer.
A:  Obviously,  no ink level chip price cheaper.   If your printer with previous firmware, you can choose the no ink level chip products.  However, for update firmware printer,  please choose the show ink level products.

Q: How can I know my printer with previous firmware or update firmware?
A: If you printer will continue work with the empty genuine ink cartridges(Grey/ empty ink level).  we consider printer with previous firmware. If not,  we consider you printer with update firmware.
