1.all the dresses we made will be a little different from the original picture you see on the website , and the size will be more or less big or small between 1 to 3 cm .
2.The lowest value will be remarked on the package, But we can not control tax. Please understand if customs charges tax. wish you can first know of this ,such as UK,Canada,Brazil,Mexico,France ...
3.When you have placed the order ,our processing time is 15-25 days ,if you are urgent ,you may pay extra for rush fee ,wish you can understand.
4.If your size is plus size 18W ,20W,22W,24W,26W,we will charge you some more usd.

5. If you like any other color or need any other size , you can contact with us !

Q: Can I return or cancel the dress if I change my mind?

A: Even standard size dresses are made to order for each customers. The custom nature of our dresses means our cancellation and return policy is stricter than other items, so it's important to order carefully.

Q: Can I order this dress in a different style/fabric/length?

A: Each dress is carefully tailored to match exactly what you see in the photo, and unfortunately we are unable to modify the style, length or material in any way.

Q: Will my dress exactly match the color I see on your website? 

A: There might be a slight difference between the actual dress’s color and what you see in the photo depending on your computer monitor’s display settings.

Returns:

We do our best to serve our each customer the best that we can.
We will refund you for items returned within 7 days of you receiving them, if it is the seller's fault. A full refund will be given if items are returned in their original condition.
Merchandise which is damaged or missing components is not refundable.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping with proper packaging.
On receiving items, we will refund you immediately.

Warranty &Maintenance:

We provide 1 month replacement and 12 months maintenance warranties. Items can be replaced during the first month or maintained for the first year.
***** Buyers are only responsible for the return shipping fees for warranty items.(In most cases, buyer will only have to return the problem components rather than the entire package.).
Before returning items, please make sure you get our (the seller’s) return address, and write “gift” on the delivery detail sheet. Please use regular postal service and send us the tracking number. As soon as we receive the items, we will repair or exchange them ASAP.
