1. Are all the pictures are real ?
Yes. All the photos are truely shot by ourselves, but color may be different because of the difference of monitor settings.

2. How about the refund/replacement ?
a. If you don't like the items, please contact us in 3 days after order be received, if the items in your possession over 4 days, it is considered used and we won't issue you a refund or replacement.

b. If there is any quality problems, please contact us first. The buyer should give us the pictures about the defects, we will check it and solve the problems.

c. The items should be in original condition and package with all componentsand accessories included, or you can choose to have a replacement.

d. Return shipping should be paid by the buyer.

3. If I order it, when you ship my orders?
We will send your orders within 48 hours (during working day). If the products are sold out, they will be sent in 7 days mostly.

4. If I make more order, can you give me more discount? How to do that?
Yes. If you order more than one, pls contact us before payment, and then we'll give you discount, and adjust the price for your orders.

5. Can you support Drop Shipping? How to do that?
Yes. When you make a drop shipping order, you can fill your client addresses, or leave messages to let us know it is the drop shipping, then we will ship it as your request asap.
