How to order?

1. If not sure about the specification, contact our sales for the size and print head of printer. 

2. Please follow AliExpress purchasing procedure.

3. Once we confirmed the order, please pay it soon. 

4. After full payment received , we will send the printers within 7 working days. 

5. Any certificates need , such as CO, FE, CTN or COC , pls tell our sales in advance.

6. Bill of lading , commercial invoice and packing list will be send to get the cargo when it arrives local seaport.

Delivery

7. The printer is large and heavy, without special requirement , we usually send it by sea shipping.

8. For different countries , the sea shipping time will arrange from 1 week to 1 month or longer , please consult our sales before delivery. 

9. Bill of lading will be send to pick up package at seaport.

10. Free sea shipping offered. But customers need to pay import tax, destination seaport fee (THC) , customs clearance agent fee.

11. Customs clearance agent are needed if customers do not have import right.

12. If customers have shipping agent in China, pls consult our sales for FOB price. 

Warranty

13. One year warranty for printer , except print head.

14.  When the warranty expired, technician support is still offered. Hence we offer lifelong after sale service.

15.  All our print heads are high-precision commodity and brand new, any improper operation or substandard supporting products will damage the print heads. So after receiving the goods, please first confirm print head model and specifications, any problem, please contact with our sales staff as soon as possible. Any problem after the print heads are installed and used will be non-refundable.
