● Installation Manual

Please carefully read these instructions before installation, as incorrect installation may damage your car; if you are uncertain about the method of installation,

please consult the dealer or professionals.
1. Ensure lights, air-conditioning system and other devices are all shut off before installation, and then open the engine hood;

2. Use proper tools to remove the front bumper and install the DRL to the proper position, and then fix the power box and the DRL properly;

3. Wiring Installation (refer to Wiring Diagram)

1) Check the harness of DRL control box, and then connect yellow wire to ACC terminal, white wire to head lamp anode, red wire to power anode and black wire to power cathode;

Notice: ACC refers to the wire in the second part of key switch which used to energize the engine, you may find it in 3 positions:

(1) One piece of ACC is in the key booster cable.

(2) ACC fuse can be founded in the fuse box under the wheel pillar.

(3) For some types of cars, ACC can be founded in the fuse box of engine chamber.

2) Check the harness of DRL and then firmly connect two connectors in the harness to control box connectors. Pay attention to the direction of connectors: the harness plug at the side of lock catch should share the same direction with the control box jack.

1) Tidy up and fix overlong wires in car after connection; avoid tying wires at a position with high temperature (e.g. engine).

1. Use control settings are as below:

Switch-on and switch-off: insert the key to switch on ACC or the car, then the DRL automatically powers on; the DRL will delay to power off after switching off ACC or the car (the delay time and function depend on car type); when the head lamp turns on, the DRL will automatically become dim (the dimming effect and function depend on car type).

● Common Problems and Solutions:

1. LED DRL cannot be switched on?

If the DRL cannot function normally after the ignition switch is on, please check the following items:

1) Check if the wiring harness connection of power box is installed correctly: connect yellow wire to ACC terminal; connect white wire head lamp anode, red wire to power anode, and black wire to power cathode respectively;

2) Check if the DRL plug is connected with the wiring of power box socket correctly and reliably;

3) Check if the voltages of car battery and ACC are normal (10V~15V), if they are normal, check the auto lines;

2. The DRL at one side doesn't work after the ignition switch is on: check if the harness of the light is reliably connected with the control box.

3. The DRL is always on.

Please check the following items if the DRL is on when the ignition switch is still off: check if the yellow wire is correctly connected with ignition switch output terminal and if ACC voltage is normal (10V~15V), or change the control box.

4. The DRL cannot dim after the head lamp is on?

1) Check if the white wire in the DRL's harness which is used to connect with head lamp power is connected reliably.

2) Change the control box and rewire.

● Attentions

1. The DRL cannot be used as an illuminating lamp or a driving functional light under weak running conditions such as daybreak, dusty condition or dark road, etc.

2. Please connect well with the power drive before switch-on; otherwise, the LED may burn out!

3. When the outdoor temperature is low, it is normal if there are some water drops or ice on lamp lens; it will get normal after the temperature rises due to switch-on of the DRL or the outdoor temperature rising.

4. Only the two front parking lights can work according to ECE regulations, so one parking light must be removed if its role is played by the DRL;

5. Please install the DRL according to local relevant laws and regulations.
