Product details:
1. The body of the hole opener is M2 high speed steel material, which has a strong perforation ability through CNC blade teeth grinding, effectively organizing the vibration during drilling, and improving the cutting ability.
2. The central drill is designed as a two-stage drill, which is grinded by the transverse edge. It can be positioned accurately, reduce drilling resistance and prevent damage to the tip part.
3. The chip discharge groove is all processed by CNC machine tools in one time, with high accuracy and small deviation.
4. Triangle handle 10-13mm hand gun drill is universal.
Note: when positioning drill drilling through, the hole opener should slowly touch the object being drilled, do not hit the workpiece, in the fast drilling to slowly feed speed.The cutting material must be fixed, not moved, and must be 90° right Angle with the opening hole.
Personal protection when using the hole opener:
1. The operator should wear protective glasses to protect the eyes, and wear a protective mask when working face up.
2. Keep good earplugs during long-term operation to reduce the impact of noise.
3. The orifice opener is in a burning state after long-term operation, and skin should be burned when replacing it.
4. The operation should use the side handle and operate with both hands, so as not to sprain the arm with the reaction force.
5. Standing on the ladder to work or work at a height should do a good job in the fall protection measures, the ladder should be supported by ground personnel.
